Refund Policy

At Smart Build Consultancy, we aim to provide clear, professional, and valuable consultancy services. Due to the nature of consultancy and advisory services, all fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, whether in part or in full.

If you need to cancel a booked consultation, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you are dissatisfied due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review the matter fairly and promptly.
